Things that would be incompatible in a company.
At Mogic, we often see things that would be incompatible in a company.
Here are just a few of the scenes we've captured.

The term "work style reform" has been around for some time now. Large companies have established systems to limit overtime and allow employees to take various types of leave, but it is said that only 0.3% of all employees take such leave. While these systems exist in many small and medium-sized companies, there seems to be a large difference between companies in terms of the rate at which they are taken. Personally, at one of the companies I worked for prior to Mogic, I had the experience of being tongue-tied by the employees around me when I called from the daycare center to report that my son was not feeling well. I have worked in an environment where it was difficult to take time off not only because of my son's illness, but also because of my own illness.
At Mogic, there is almost no difference between the system and the actual situation, both in terms of overtime limitations and the rate at which various types of leave are taken. In addition, in the event of sudden business or illness, employees can post their requests to the in-house chat system's <Attendance Channel>. Without having to wait for approval from superiors, employees can be late, leave early, or take leave without hesitation.
Here are some excerpts from what was actually posted,
"Due to parent-teacher conference."
"Because I can't find my daughter's umbrella."
"Due to an urgent job interview.
"For my child's entrance ceremony.
"For a medical checkup.
There are many reasons.
Whether you are a college student intern, a single employee, or a part-timer or employee with a family, you are all balancing your work and personal lives. Naturally, life changes in many ways: when you are a college student, when you are a new employee, when your family grows, when you start caring for your parents, and so on. We are able to build up our careers by striking a perfect balance while cherishing our private lives. This may be the essence of Mogic.
