Mogic believes that it is important to be able to flexibly change the way you work as your personal life changes, and as of April 2022, a flexible working hours system has been introduced for regular employees, allowing them to freely set their working hours between 7:00 and 22:00 as long as they work during the core hours of 10:00 to 16:00. The new system is designed for full-time employees.
