At Mogic, we use the first floor space of our office for displays.
The simple question arises, "Why does an IT company need to have a display in the first place? However, we are told that neighbors in Shakujii Koen, where our office is located, somehow stop by to look at our display, so we are struggling with our doubts.

This display is changed almost every month according to seasons, events, and current topics. However, we have an ironclad rule that once a project is done, it can never be used again, so we try something new every year. That being said, there are also restrictions on working hours and days, as well as conflicts with other jobs, so it is difficult to keep trying new things within a limited time and budget. From fantasizing about a concept to presenting a project, choosing materials, exhibition methods, cleaning up the previous exhibition and changing to a new one. There are many times when I am torn between what I want to do and the reality of the situation. However, I will try not to keep it to myself.

When in trouble, speak up, ask for help, and get involved as much as possible. With the help of those members who can help at that time, one by one, the displays are put on display.
