Job Description

Assist in sales activities for cloud education services planned and developed by the company.

Explain the company's services to customers at online seminars (face to face)
Pre-filming videos and conducting seminars on the company's service offerings
Responding to system inquiries by phone and e-mail.
Other general clerical work, etc.

Preferred Skills

We especially welcome those with customer service experience in call centers, working in department stores such as cosmetics/apparel, etc.
You will be able to use your customer service experience to provide online customer service!
You do not need to have any IT knowledge as there will be a training period after you join the company!


Starts at 1,130 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.
