job (responsibility) assigned to one

The first is to coordinate all aspects of manufacturing as a director. I will flesh out the client's or sales representative's request for such a service, and proceed with the project by dividing the roles of designers and engineers, scheduling, and so on. Once the service is completed, we test it and deliver it to the client. In order for the project to proceed smoothly, it is also important to pay close attention to detail while keeping an eye on the overall project.

Second, as a marketer, I am responsible for everything from market research to improvement proposals, including analysis of services and press releases. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks and be an active member of the MD team!

What you get out of this job

The director acts like a conductor of the project. Since the project is carried out in cooperation with engineers, designers, and sales, you will be able to participate in the manufacturing process while exchanging a variety of opinions.

We communicate not only within the company but also with clients outside the company, so you will receive a lot of stimulation. In the course of your work, you can hone your interpersonal and communication skills and improve your ability to involve your team.
