The first is to coordinate all aspects of manufacturing as a director. I will take the client's or sales person's ideas about the kind of service they want and make them concrete, and then proceed with the project by dividing the roles of the designers and engineers and scheduling them. Once the service is completed, we test it and deliver it to the client. In order for the project to proceed smoothly, it is also important to pay attention to details while keeping an eye on the whole project.

Secondly, as a marketer, I am in charge of everything from market research to improvement proposals, including analyzing services and press releases. You will play an active role as a member of the MD team while being involved in a wide range of tasks.

Salary and bonus
