What you get out of this job

Generally, in large companies, work is often divided and the scope of one person's work is often limited, but at Mogic, we have a small group of elite people working on a variety of projects, so the scope of one person's work is necessarily wider. Although it can be a challenge at times, I am able to be involved in the overall service, including planning, design, development, and operation, while consulting within the team and collaborating with other teams.

We are constantly introducing new technologies, and you can participate in the launch of services through our own services and MicroTech (building small apps and web services from scratch with student interns, young engineers, and designers).

Work Steps

STEP 01
Learn about our company's services
While creating materials to introduce our services, you will learn about our company's services (LearnO, Polly).

STEP 02
Test the completed service.
You will work on the testing of services while assisting senior members of the MD team. By creating a manual for testing, we will improve the accuracy of testing.

STEP 03
Participate in a project
As part of the service creation training, young employees and student interns can experience Mogic's manufacturing by getting involved in the management of small products and events. As you work on the project, you will become aware of your role as a director.

STEP 04
Experience a project meeting
Students will be involved in manufacturing with members of other departments while being exposed to knowledge outside their expertise, and learn teamwork.

salary

Starts at 1,050 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.
