What you get out of this job

Generally, in large companies, work is often divided up and the scope of one person's work is often limited, but at Mogic, we have a small elite team working on a variety of projects, so the scope of each person's work is necessarily broad. Although it can be a challenge at times, we consult within the team and collaborate with other teams to plan, design, develop, and operate the entire service.

You can participate in the launch of services through our own services and MicroTech (where student interns, young engineers, and designers create small apps and web services from scratch), while always keeping up with new technologies.

Work Steps

STEP 01
Learn about our services
Learn about our services (LearnO, Polly) while creating materials to introduce our services.

STEP 02
Test the completed service
You will work on the testing of the service with the help of senior members of the MD team. By creating a manual for testing, we will improve the accuracy of testing.

STEP 03
Participate in projects
As part of the service creation training, you can experience Mogic's manufacturing by getting involved in managing small products and events by young employees and student interns. As you work on projects, you will become aware of your role as a director.

STEP 04
Experience project meetings
You will learn teamwork by getting involved in manufacturing with members of other departments while being exposed to knowledge outside your field of expertise.

salary

Starts at 1,180 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.
