Creation of manuals and other documents
Testing of developed services
Handling customer support for operated services
(Handling system inquiries by phone and email)
Web media content creation
Other general office work
Those who have worked for an IT (system development) company or have experience in manual creation/testing are welcome!

Starts at 1,180 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.
