Job Description

Assist in sales activities for cloud education services planned and developed by the company.

Explaining the company's services to customers at online seminars (by showing up)
Pre-production of videos and seminar activities to provide our company's services
Responding to system inquiries by phone and e-mail
Other general clerical work, etc.

Preferred Skills

We especially welcome those who have experience in customer service such as working in call centers, cosmetics/apparel and other department stores.
You can use your experience in customer service to help us serve our customers online!
You don't need to know anything about IT as there will be a training period after you join us!


Starts at 1,080 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.

Less than 3 days a week, weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00
