Job Description

Assist in sales activities for the cloud education service that we are planning and developing.

Explaining the company's services to customers at online seminars (by showing up)
Pre-production of videos and seminar activities for the provision of our services
Responding to system inquiries by phone and e-mail
Other general office work, etc.

Desirable skills to have

If you have experience in customer service such as working in a call center or department store such as cosmetics/apparel, you are especially welcome.
We're looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our online customer service team!
There will be a training period after you join the company, so you don't need to have any IT knowledge!


Starting from 1,050 yen per hour. Salary increases will be given according to experience and performance.
