Mogic is a company that develops education-related systems. The IT Education Consultant position we are looking for this time has two major roles: one is to help customers use our e-learning systems and other products. The other is to propose an educational flow that is suited to the customer's organization.

It is not possible to acquire consulting skills right from the start. However, while supporting senior consultants, you will learn how to analyze data, prepare materials, and make presentations!

It is natural that you do not have any skills or experience. Let's grow slowly and gradually. We will support your first step as a member of society!

Work Steps

STEP 01
Learn from self-analysis
Understand your strengths/weaknesses and learn how to construct a talk that takes advantage of your strengths.

STEP 02
Learn communication
Learn to communicate with people of various ages within the BP team and through internal events.

STEP 03
Experience professional communication
You will see how employees and senior staff interact with customers up close, and absorb one by one.

STEP 04
Participate in in-house lectures
You can learn about business and services by participating in in-house lectures that are useful for business practice. Furthermore, you will learn how to write a proposal for a new business plan.

salary

Starts at 1,180 yen per hour. Salary increases are based on experience and performance.
