What you will gain from this job

In general, at large companies, work is often divided up and the scope of work for one person is often limited, but at Mogic, we have a small group of elite people working on various projects, so the scope of work for one person is inevitably wide. Although it can be tough at times, I am able to be involved in the entire service, including planning, design, development, and operation, while consulting within the team and collaborating with other teams.

You can continue to grow as an individual and as a team while staying updated with the latest technology, and receive mentorship from chief and global-level engineers. You can participate in the launch of services by constantly incorporating new technologies and in-house services or MicroTech (building small apps and web services from scratch with student interns, young engineers and designers).

Work Steps

STEP 01
Working on an assignment (creating a simple web application)
For the first two to three months, you will come to the office once a week. Work on assignments given by the chief engineer and learn the basics of engineering. If there is anything you don't understand, get advice from the chief or your seniors and continue studying at work and at home.

STEP 02
Working on the development of tools for internal use
After completing the assignment, you will be able to come to the office two to three days a week and challenge yourself to create IT tools for internal use. (Of course, you can apply for time off before tests to give priority to your studies.

STEP 03
You can be involved in the development of our own product, LearnO.
As a member of the project team (also OJT), you will participate in LearnO's regular meetings and start development work. By participating in the project of our own service, you will be able to experience the manufacturing process while experiencing the atmosphere of the field.

STEP 04
You will accumulate experience by studying at the company and at home, step by step, over time. We have the best educational environment for those who have high goals and are serious about becoming professional engineers.
Depending on the timing of your employment and your skills, the content may vary.
Depending on how you perform during the one-month trial period, you may not be hired.

Salary

Starting from 1,050 yen per hour. Salary increases will be given according to experience and performance.
