What you get out of this job

Generally, in large companies, work is often divided up and the scope of one person's work is often limited, but at Mogic, we have a small elite team working on a variety of projects, so the scope of each person's work is necessarily broad. Although it can be a challenge at times, I am able to be involved in the entire service, from planning, design, development, and operation, while consulting within the team and collaborating with other teams.

You will continue to grow as an individual and as a team while staying up-to-date on cutting-edge technologies, and you will receive guidance from our chief and global-level engineers. You can participate in the launch of services through our own services and MicroTech (building small apps and web services from scratch with student interns, young engineers, and designers) by constantly incorporating new technologies.

Work Steps

STEP 01
Work on assignments (create a simple web application)
For the first 2-3 months, you will come to the office once a week. You will work on assignments from the chief engineer and learn the basics of engineering. If there is something you do not understand, you will receive advice from the chief engineer and your seniors, and continue studying both at work and at home.

STEP 02
Work on development of tools for in-house use
After completing the assignment, you will be able to come to the office two to three days a week and try your hand at creating IT tools for internal use. (Of course, you can request time off before tests, etc., to give priority to your studies.)

STEP 03
Get involved in the development of our own product, LearnO.
(As a member of the project team, you will participate in regular LearnO meetings as well as on-the-job training. By participating in the company's own service projects, you will be able to experience the manufacturing process while getting a feel for the atmosphere of the workplace.

STEP 04
We take time and step by step to accumulate experience while studying both at the company and at home. We have the best educational environment for those who have high goals and are serious about becoming professional engineers.
