What you get out of this job

Generally, in large companies, work is often divided up and the scope of one person's work is often limited, but at Mogic, we have a small group of elite people working on a variety of projects, so the scope of one person's work is necessarily wider. Although it can be a challenge at times, I am able to be involved in the overall service, including planning, design, development, and operation, while consulting within the team and collaborating with other teams.

You will continue to grow as an individual and as a team while staying updated on cutting-edge technologies and receive mentorship from our chief and global-level engineers. You can participate in the launch of services by constantly incorporating new technologies, in-house services, or MicroTech (building small apps and web services from scratch with student interns, young engineers, and designers).

Work Steps

Working on an assignment (creating a simple web application)
For the first 2 to 3 months, you will come to work once a week. You will learn the basics of engineering by working on assignments from the chief engineer. If there is something you do not understand, you will receive advice from the chief engineer and your seniors, and continue studying both at work and at home.

Work on the development of tools for in-house use
After completing the assignment, you will be able to come to work 2 to 3 days a week and challenge yourself to create IT tools for in-house use. (Of course, you can request time off before tests, etc., to give priority to your studies.)

Get involved in the development of our own product, LearnO.
(As a member of the project team (as well as on-the-job training), you will participate in regular LearnO meetings while also getting involved in development work. By participating in the company's own service projects, you will be able to experience manufacturing while getting a feel for the atmosphere of the workplace.

We take time and step by step to accumulate experience while studying both at the company and at home. We have the best educational environment for those who have high goals and are serious about becoming professional engineers.
