Salary and bonuses

Standard salary: From 262,000 yen per month
*This amount is for an undergraduate degree and will be considered based on experience and performance, such as a graduate degree.
*Basic salary includes 20 hours of fixed overtime pay, but will be paid even if less than 20 hours.

In addition to the above, bonuses are paid twice a year (April and October) and raises and promotions are given once a year (September). There has never been no bonus in at least the last 10 years. If hired, the probationary period will be 6 months, but will not change from the initial employment conditions.

Endowment insurance and retirement plans

Upon entering the company, employees are required to purchase an endowment insurance policy (worth 6 million yen) at the company's expense. This will be paid to your relatives in the event of your death, and will also become part of your retirement benefit by accumulating at maturity until retirement.

Social Insurance

We are covered by all general social insurance systems. We are fully covered by employee pension insurance, health insurance (Kanto IT Software Association), unemployment insurance, and workers' accident compensation insurance, as well as annual health checkups (up to one additional option available).

Various allowances

There is a housing allowance of 15,000 yen per month (within 5 km of Shakujii-Koen Station or from Ikebukuro Station on the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line to Hanno Station), commuting allowance (maximum 30,000 yen), position allowance, and travel allowance.

Goal System and Evaluation

There is no individual goal-setting and evaluation system. All employees receive a salary increase based on their contribution to the company and the department, and according to their years of service. However, once a year, a feedback sheet is sent to all employees at the time of their promotion.

Approximate working hours and overtime

The core hours are 10:00 am - 4:00 pm with an 8 hour work day with a flexible weekday schedule. Overtime averages less than 1-3 hours per month for all full-time employees over the past year.

Work location and remote work availability

There are no relocations and you will be required to come to the following address (Monodecor Shakujii Koen 1F-4F, 3-3-31 Shakujii-cho, Nerima-ku, Tokyo). Except in emergency situations, we do not offer remote work and you will be required to come to the office.

training program

We create a training curriculum based on each individual's personality and level of growth. As soon as you join the company, a professional employee will interview you. The mentor will talk to you about what you want to accomplish in the future and what you feel are your challenges, and will inform you of the skills that the company wants you to develop. During the first three months, in addition to weekly meetings with a mentor, you will gain experience working in other departments and developing services on a short-term basis.
