The Consulting & Solutions Department has two major responsibilities.

The first is to introduce our services (e.g. LearnO e-learning system) to customers, and the second is to analyze the customer's organization and propose an optimal IT training flow. We do not set quotas or sales targets for customer satisfaction.
Education takes time, so we take our time to tackle issues in a deliberate manner.

Employment Classification

Full-time employees (there is a 3-month probationary period, but conditions remain the same)

Salary and bonuses

4-8 million yen. Preferential treatment in accordance with our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.
Salary is revised once a year, and bonus is linked to performance and paid every six months.
