The Innovation & Production Department has two main tasks.


The first is to launch our own branded services from scratch. We research the market, read trends, create business proposals, and present them. When it comes to launching a new business, you will also lead the entire project as a project manager.


Second, when a client consults with me on a challenging development project, I make a proposal and put it into action. I lead a team of directors, designers, and engineers as well as the client to reach the goal.

You will acquire the overall know-how to launch a new business. You will learn a wide range of skills, from raising funds, to calling members, to building up a team, to establishing a joint-stock company.

Employment Classification

Full-time employees (there is a 3-month probationary period, but conditions remain the same)

Salary and bonuses

3.5 to 6.5 million yen. Preferential treatment in accordance with our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.
Salary is revised once a year, and bonus is linked to performance and paid every six months.
