We are promoting a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of that process with you in this section.

Future Career Discussions

I first talk to interns and mid-career workers about what a career (work experience) is.

I hope to eventually be able to discuss our respective careers, so I'll put out a framework as a foundation first.

Around 22 years old after graduating from university, the first job change boom at 25-26 years old; 30-31 years old: the second job change boom; 35 years old: the theory that the job change is marginal; 40 years old: mental retirement; over 50 years old: retirement from a position; 60 years old: reemployment after retirement; 65 years old: start of pension, etc.

Thirty years from now, the start of pension benefits could be at age 75.

If the retirement age was 75, you'd have 53 years to work from the age of 22. 50 years ago, the retirement age would have been 55, so you'd have 33 years, which is quite different from how our parents' generation felt.

In addition, there are also one's own life events as a factor that affects one's career.

Marriage, childbirth, parenting, education, caring for your parents, your own retirement, etc. It's not always there, it's just a possibility.

In addition, the socioeconomic changes brought about by the demographic change of low birthrate and aging population, and the light and shadow beyond globalization. There are so many factors, it's tough.

And then preface it with, "So, what do you think? I ask. That might be a bit of a teasing question.

But instead of the questions and answers being meaningful at the time, I hope that this will be the start of a search for the meaning of working within yourself.

Of course, some people think long and hard about the meaning of their work, so it plays out differently.

It is a difficult time to move forward into the future anyway.

You can think on your own, but it's also an option to discuss your career while bumping into various people.
