A combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots.
We are promoting a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of that process with you in this section.
A company is certainly defined by law, but it is a vessel, so it can be run in any direction.
When I thought about what kind of existence a company should have in that kind of freedom, I remembered something written in the book "The Philosophy of Guinness" about a company that makes black beer.
A company must be evaluated by the culture it creates.
So is culture.
Culture is "something that promotes growth" and means "the behaviors and ideas inspired by it".
How noble and high-minded a company is does not appear in its commercials, much less in the mascot it adopts or the slogan it runs on.
The most important indicator is what kind of life the people there are willing to live.
