However, there is a limit to how much we can look at a company in the same light as a person.
The reason is simple: a person can only grow to a certain size, whereas a company can get bigger and bigger.
When there is one worker, 10 people, 30 people, 100 people, and 1,000 people, each one requires a different combination of data with a completely different perspective.
Or if you have 1, 10, 100, 1000 clients...
It's not uncommon to do the same kind of index or stance as before and then find yourself in a strange situation.
So what to do? and still want to keep their comfortable place in their own hands, so they need to discontinuously switch the way the company operates.
To keep an environment where we can test ideas and discuss them with each other in a trusting manner, we quietly replace institutions, systems, and communication methods.
The design and timing in this area cannot be created from continuous visible numerical indicators, so it seems that we have to follow our intuition.
