With a combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots.
We are promoting a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of the process in this section.

Kronos and Kairos

In the West, there have always been two divisions related to "time", called Chronos and Kairos.

It's a bit confusing, but here's a quote from Wiki
The following is a quote from Wiki.

The two words Cronos, the god of time, and Kairos, also a Greek god, were originally common nouns for "time": καιρός (kairos) means "time" and χρόνος (chronos) means "hour".
The two words καιρός and χαιρός were originally used to represent "time.

Cronos is the continuous connection from the past to the future, while kairos is the deep imprint of the present moment.

If we apply these two axes, the world becomes easier to cut.

Although 1cm itself is visible, if you divide 1cm into smaller and smaller pieces, you will never end up with an infinite number of pieces of mathematics.

It's about the fun of enjoying a special feast today with family while making a fixed deposit for the future.

This is a story about a web service that sets KPIs for the goals to be achieved, while also investigating the experience (usability) of the people who actually operate the screen.

This is a story about company management, where the company's performance is predicted based on past numbers, while increasing the satisfaction of the people working for the company.

Two concepts, Chronos and Kairos.

I assume that the reason for this division is probably because it is difficult to make them work well together.

If you immerse yourself too much in your personal world, you will not be able to come to terms with the world, and if you only care about the rules of the world, you will lose your individuality.

However, from an Eastern point of view, it is possible that the problem arises because we divide the world into two parts for ease of understanding.

Therefore, I try to carefully consider each one of them one by one when I manage my business based on that whole area.
