Create a system without ceasing

At Mogic, we are constantly creating various systems throughout the year.

Recently, an intern who comes to work on Fridays has been leading a sweets scratch-off raffle project.

Why are you making such a thing? You may wonder, but the distribution of imported sweets is a big deal within the company.

Don't just hand out the sweets as they arrive. You have to take the time to distribute them in a way that is funny, fair, and convincing. And we want to make the operation easy."

The students are working on such an impossible proposition, squeezing their brains together.

Five students meeting each other for the first time, from engineers to sales people from different departments, how to organize their opinions, how to appeal in their presentations, and how to interpret the feedback they received.

We were to develop the concept and implementation in the first two sessions, and then build it up to release in the remaining four visits to the office.

There are those who are anxious, those who are sure they can handle it, and those who are just doing the best they can in front of their eyes.

If we can trust each other, even if we stagger on the footholds that crumble one after another, we will surely be able to create something memorable.
