Work normally, if not

If life is to be lived for 100 years, there are many events that will take place over a longer period of time.

Some good, some bad.

It would be nice to have someone by your side to support you in times of weakness, but when that is not the case, you have to rely on public support.

In light of this, I have been doing a lot of research and listening to various discussions in order to better understand the social security system for everyone's benefit and my own.

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare website.

What is Social Security?

The social security system is a safety net that supports the "security" and "stability" of people's lives.

It consists of "Social Insurance," "Social Welfare," "Public Assistance," and "Health Care and Public Health," and supports the lives of all people throughout their lives, from children to child-rearing generations to the elderly.

A closer look at the chart on the above website (social security systems that support people's lives throughout their lives) shows that "social welfare" support is thinnest for those aged 18 to 40, while "employment promotion" support is most "generous" for those aged 15 to 75. The most "generous" support for "employment promotion" is provided to those aged 15 to 75.

When the two systems are considered together, the basic premise is to "work normally" because that is the generation that is healthy and able to do their best in that area.

Of course, I think that has been the case until now.

But what if there will be more cases of "not working well due to some difficulties" in this coming generation?

It is not a situation where it is obviously impossible to work, but rather a case where it is difficult to work because one is not well matched to society.

The MHLW data does not reveal that support, as it should.

And then I think about it a little.

Is there anything I can do to follow up as the one running the company?

If you can do it, what can you follow up on and to what extent?

If "working in a very ordinary way" is not going to be the norm, we need to pay careful attention to the new "work" that will be created.
