'We can build the company the way we want to.
We will do what we believe in, even if it is different or unusual.
Because what we can believe in is surprisingly rare.
Yes, we have been searching for it in a truly honest, straightforward, and sincere manner.

We are audited several times a year for security.
Security" is a word that is spoken casually and heard everywhere, but it is a word that you may or may not understand, so I thought I would delve a little deeper.

There are terms (concepts) commonly used with respect to security.
1: RISK - The potential for a situation or circumstance to cause some loss. It can also refer to the likelihood of loss (risk factor) identified as a result of analyzing possible threats.
2: vulnerability - the cause of the risk.
3: threat - A means of exploiting (exploit) a vulnerability to make the risk real.
4: countermeasure - A measure that attempts to deter (minimize) a threat from making the risk a reality. Also called countermeasures.
5: ASSURANCE - An estimate of the "certainty" of having the expected security.
6: evaluation - providing supporting evidence of assurance.

Of these, it is the vulnerability and threat portions that I thought would eventually become troublesome.
This is because they are more susceptible to outside influences than other items and will likely change more slowly over time.
A small distortion may produce a squeak, a repetitive rattle, and a thud.
I think the gradual speed of that displacement is difficult for humans to perceive.
In light of this, we can rethink security from a "changeable place".
List the most changeable places in the company in order and track their rate of change.
For example, the entry and exit of new employees, reorganization and reorganization of the organization, the lines of communication between workers, the flow of money in and out of the organization, and the things that people carry with them.
I would love to do such a slow-mo audit, fast-forwarding through time.
