When working with a team of designers and engineers

When we first approach you, we rarely make specific requests.

Can you describe the Art Deco idea of a certain building in Manhattan, reinterpreted and expressed in the modern age?

May I ask you to express the borderline between the 20th and 21st century lurking in the nightscape of Shanghai in your design mockup?

Can you redefine the spatial expression of ikebana-like gaps once again in terms of the difference between Japanese ikebana and Western floral management?

This is a vague request.

We believe that such challenges make people take it seriously.

Did you feel creative today?

Did you feel at least a little creative today?

Or if you can make them feel or think that they've never heard of it before.

If the vague word "creative" is a sensible way to describe it

...that which brings the impact of wanting to do something that is just as fierce at this very moment.

defined as "a person who is a member of a group of people who are not members of a group.

We do not want to talk about things that can be read in books or that we have heard somewhere before, but we will make an effort to accumulate stories that can only be told here and now.
We will continue to make efforts to accumulate stories that can only be told in the here and now.

Promises to grow

Personal growth depends on one's own efforts, but also on the attentiveness of those around him or her.

When a person says that he or she has great power, the people around him or her say, "That's not true. I want our culture to be one in which those around us can say, "That's not true, it's not just me.

Company members care about everyone's growth.

I want to promise that kind of growth.

What is the essence, we ask?

Why do we close our eyes in meditation? In response to the obvious question, "Why do we close our eyes in meditation?

We believe that this is because we are too dependent on what we can see, and we need to rediscover the importance of what we cannot see.

What is the essence? In response to the question "What is the essence?

I believe that question itself is a guideline for changing one's own reflexive behavior, which is bound by conventional wisdom.

We question the team and find a new way of life in the various opinions.

Do not just one type of work, but all types of work at the same time.

Each person at Mogic performs a variety of roles.

There is no division of job responsibilities, such as "I am in charge of marketing" or "I am in charge of direction.

What I always say is to "double your productivity" and learn as a person while working on several projects in a "mille-feuille" fashion, doing all tasks at the same time in a day.

When you work on so many things at the same time, sometimes you get a sense that time and space are warped, but it's also a lot of fun.

The Cultural Sphere of the Company

While a company is certainly defined by law, it is a vessel and can be run in any direction.

When I thought about what a company should be like with that kind of freedom, I suddenly remembered what was written in the book "The Philosophy of Guinness," about a company that makes black beer.

-----
A company must be valued by the culture it creates.

Yes, culture.

Culture means "that which promotes growth" and "the behaviors and ideas inspired by it.

How noble and high-minded a company is does not appear in its commercials, much less in its adopted mascot or slogan.

The most important indicator is what kind of life the people belonging to it are willing to lead.

From the five elements of happiness

Since the company's inception, Mogic has worked to ensure that each day is a fulfilling day for everyone involved.

Gallup's book "The Five Elements of Happiness" is a research study on happiness in the world.

The statistical results of a survey conducted in 150 countries over a period of more than 50 years, beginning in the 1950s, are one source of inspiration.

Habits of Happiness."

Roughly speaking, I understand that a spiral of happiness cannot be created unless all five of the following are present: job satisfaction, fulfilling relationships, adequate money, mid- to long-term health, and contribution to the community, and that too much concentration on one element may conversely lead to a spiral of unhappiness.

The idea that the company as an organization is the platform that brings about that balance is worth trying to implement.

Company image from a 20-something's point of view

I wonder what a dream company or organization would be from the perspective of someone in their 20s.

There are many types of companies that make money, have momentum, and offer self-fulfillment.

If we were to look at the present situation from the latter half of the 21st century, how can we be a coexisting and co-prosperous organization that wishes for the happiness of all involved?

It is difficult to think about future realities, and it is said that it is not easy to do so.

I forget who, but the best management is.

I think that person is shining right now, at the peak of his or her career and abilities."

Some people have defined it as.

I feel that is one great idea.
