With the combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots
We are promoting a new era of company management.
We hope to share part of this process with you in this corner.

Sometimes I try to be a student and look up what I want to know.
These days, it is convenient and you can get a general idea of what you are looking for, even if it is somewhat wrong, not only in books but also on the Internet.
Unlike books and magazines, the granularity of the information is not too tricky.
I happened to be looking up "animal species" a while back, and wiki says
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Based on the findings of molecular genetics at the end of the 20th century, organisms are divided into three categories: eubacteria, archaea, and eukaryotes (three-domain theory). Animals belong to the eukaryotes, and other eukaryotes include plants, fungi (mushrooms and molds), and protists.
It should be noted that protists (e.g., elephant beetles, green beetles, amoebas, etc.), which are part of the protists, are a separate lineage from the animals (metazoans) referred to in this paper, and have been found to be polyphyletic.
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Okay, next we will look at information about "true bacteria". Likewise.
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Defined as prokaryotes with cell membranes composed of fatty acid esters of sn-glycerol 3-phosphate.
Together with the archaeal and eukaryotic domains, it divides the whole living world into three parts.
When compared to eukaryotes, the structure is very simple.
However, they exhibit far more diverse metabolic systems and nutrient requirements, and their habitats are spread across all environments considered biospheric.
The amount of organisms is enormous.
They are closely related to humans as intestinal bacteria, fermentative bacteria, or pathogenic bacteria.
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Okay, so it's not just animals, but non-animal "viruses" as well.
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
A microscopic, infectious structure that uses the cells of other organisms to replicate itself, consisting of a protein shell and the nucleic acids contained within.
There is some debate as to whether it is an organism or not, since it does not have cells, the smallest unit of life, nor its biological membrane, the cell membrane, nor does it have organelles, nor does it self-propagate.
Double-stranded DNA viruses (dsDNA)
Single-stranded DNA viruses (ssDNA)
Double-stranded RNA virus (dsRNA)
Single-stranded + stranded RNA virus ((+)ssRNA)
Single-stranded -stranded RNA virus ((-)ssRNA)
Single-stranded RNA reverse-transcribing virus (ssRNA-RT)
Double-stranded DNA reverse-transcribing virus (dsDNA-RT)
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
There is no end to it as we continue, but it is also good to know that there is no end to it.
It makes me feel that what I do on a daily basis is just a small part of what I do.
From the other side of the coin, a little bit is a very precious thing, so I think we have to enjoy it no matter how we do it.

We started with a difficult word: externality.
According to Wiki in economic terms.
Externality refers to the influence of the decisions (actions and economic activities) of one economic agent on the decisions of other economic agents. In general, economics assumes that the decisions of one economic agent do not affect the decisions of other economic agents, but in reality, the influence of other economic agents may not be ignored. Therefore, the concept of externality was devised to deal with such cases."
The first two are the following.
It is a difficult thing to say about something so obvious, but simply put, "If someone does something, someone else may be affected in an unexpected way, right? Let's look at it all together.
Sometimes it is a matter of cutting too many trees in the mountains, causing sediment to flow out, gradually depleting nutrients, reducing plankton in the estuaries, and making it difficult to catch fish. If we proceed only with the interests of the lumberjacks, it will have an unintended impact on the fishermen.
In business, I think it is very important to look at the possibility of externalities that will happen someday rather than externalities that are happening now.
I am quoting from something that just suggested an externality that will be created in the future.

Extreme Economy
https://www.harpercollins.co.jp/hc/books/detail/13405
Urbanization is a prime example of a future that we know for sure will happen.
In the 1950s, more than 70% of the world's population lived in rural areas.
The issues considered in economics were rural issues for most people.
Over the years since then, towns and cities have grown and shrunk as a result of the movement of people.
2007 was a notable year in which the world's urban population exceeded the rural population for the first time.
omission (of middle part of a text)
By 2050, the pattern of a century ago will be reversed, with 70 percent of people living in urban areas.
The economy of agglomeration, once discussed by Alfred Marshall, will become even more powerful.

The most important trends for the next decade are aging, technology, and inequality.
These three trends, common worldwide, are already causing great concern and are likely to intensify.
oooooooooooooo
In both cases, we feel that new education will become increasingly important.
We do not yet know what the future holds, but we will sincerely learn from the new things that are being created.

It has become common to do fitness and workouts and take detailed data with a body composition analyzer.
You will be able to see not only overall body fat, but also fluctuations in individual values, such as right arm and left leg, making it easier to plan for the next step.
Even if you don't lose weight, knowing that you will gain muscle mass and lose fat mass will help you manage your health over the long term.
A company, like a body, can take detailed data and analyze it.
From trial balances and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement), to KPIs that are tailored to business and departmental characteristics, to capital efficiency and burn rate related to leverage, to valuations related to corporate value.
There are numerous to choose from and you can combine them as you wish. The combined indicators can be used as benchmarks to manage the physical condition of the company.
However, there is a limit to how much we can look at a company from the same perspective as a person.
The reason is simple: people can only grow to a certain size, whereas companies can grow bigger and bigger.
When there are 1, 10, 30, 100, or 1,000 workers, each requires a different combination of data from a completely different perspective.
Or when the number of clients is 1, 10, 100, 1,000... The same applies when the number of clients is 1, 10, 100, 1,000.
It's not uncommon to find yourself doing the same indicators and stances as before, only to find yourself in a strange situation.
So what do we do? And since we still want to keep our own comfortable place in our own hands, we need to switch our company's operating methods discontinuously.
To maintain an environment where people can test ideas and trust each other to discuss them, institutions, systems, and communication methods are quietly replaced.
The design and timing of these areas cannot be made from numerical indicators that appear continuous, so it seems that we must follow our intuition.

Before and after a certain thing is invented, the same view can look completely different.
Until the invention of the telescope, the night sky was believed to be a myriad of twinkling stars, and looking through a telescope, one could see that the stars had bumps and rings.

The Universe as Seen by the Hubble Telescope
https://natgeo.nikkeibp.co.jp/nng/sp/hubble2/
Astronomers have been observing the universe for the past several thousand years in an attempt to unravel its complex workings.
Most of them are based on the naked eye.
A revolutionary tool was invented in the early 17th century that radically changed this situation: the telescope.
Galileo and others realized that the telescope could do much more than magnify objects.
Dark objects appear brighter (improved light gathering power) and indistinct scenery appears clearer (improved resolving power).
Galileo knew well how persuasive something concrete and tangible can be.
It became clear that the Milky Way can be broken down into individual stars, and that the dim clusters of light in Orion and the Pleiades are actually a group of stars.
The stars were so dense and quite faint that they were not discernible to the naked eye.

The impact of being able to see clearly what was only dimly visible is huge.
However, it also takes a lot of time to decipher the "meaning" of what is clearly seen.
One of the power of IT is the increasing resolution of social life through the flow of personal activity data that was never distributed before.
The activities that had been ambiguous are now clearly visible as data.
However, we often do not know essentially what this data means, and it will take a different perspective and theory to decipher it.

Usually on any given day, I hear a warbling somewhere, and when I go there, I find a few people cooking or eating something.
Tea and juice are provided free of charge in the office, but since that is not interesting enough, a team called the Drink Special Selection Department was set up last month with volunteers to carefully select and prepare drinks that are popular and out of the ordinary.
Watermelon juice, lemonade specialty cup juices, and other drinks are compared and talked about in the company's online chat rooms.
On another occasion, a group of people were laughing so hard that they put their hands in a small bag. Apparently, the squishy feeling was well received.
On another occasion, we were short of LAN cables after a move, so we assigned all employees the task of making LAN cables as a mandatory task.
It's just the right level of difficulty and work time, so we make it while saying, oh you're so dexterous, or you're frustrated because you made a mistake.
They all use plenty of IT, but they also like to enjoy it with all five senses.

A brand, by its origin, is to be clearly distinguishable when several are compared.
In capitalism, this "distinction" is significant.
The distinction is called differentiation in the case of a product, and in the case of a job search or social networking site, it is called identity, but the development is similar.
Due to the principle that as rarity increases, value (popularity) increases, what is considered valuable will be imitated by others, and the imitators will become even more radical in the direction of rarity.
Eventually, both radicalization and imitation slow down, approach their limits, and become homogeneous.
On the other hand, those that are imitated by others and still retain some aspects that are not imitated are long-lasting.
Its persistence is also called competitive advantage, core competence, or pseudo-monopoly.
We can understand in our minds the difference that makes the difference that distinguishes us from others.
However, we believe that it is very difficult to be able to recognize this when you are a party to it.
The differences that seem to make us different from others in our industry are sometimes seen as the same thing from the customer's point of view.
We must understand that some things look the same to our customers and we think they are different, and we must understand them in detail.
The first issue is how to understand the customer perspective itself.
The most obvious ways to ascertain the customer's perspective are by taking surveys, holding group meetings, and analyzing big data.
However, because of the time, effort, and bias inherent in secondary information, we have previously considered a much easier way to address this issue.
That is, they try to use another company's brand logo for their own products, or use a different name, address, university or company name on their own resume.
The point is to remove a familiar brand and see how you feel about it.
The clue is whether it seems common or something a bit nice.
It's a bonus if you can find even a small, dim light.
We just have to keep going, stumbling along in the dark.

For students coming to intern or mid-career, we first talk about what a career (work history) is.
I hope we can eventually discuss each of these careers, so I'll give you a framework to start with as a foundation.
Around the age of 22 after graduating from college, the first job change boom at 25-26, the second job change boom at 30-31, the limit of job change at 35, mental retirement at 40, retirement from a position after 50, reemployment after retirement at 60, the start of pension at 65, and so on.
Thinking about 30 years from now, pension benefits could begin at age 75.
If the retirement age were 75, I would have 53 years since I started working at 22. 50 years ago, the retirement age would have been 55, so about 33 years, which would have been a significant deviation from what my parents' generation felt.
In addition, there are other factors that can affect your career, such as your own life events.
Marriage, childbirth, child rearing, educational expenses, caring for parents, one's own retirement, etc. That is not to say that it will always be there, but it is just a possibility.
In addition, the socioeconomic changes brought about by the demographic changes of low birthrate and aging population, and the lights and shadows that lie ahead of globalization. There are so many factors that it is very difficult.
And then, after prefacing it with, "Well, what do you think?" I ask. This may be a bit of a teasing question.
However, I do not think that the questions and answers at that time are meaningful, but I hope that this will be the start of a search for the meaning of working for me.
Of course, some people think long and hard about the meaning of their work, which is a different development.
These are difficult times to move forward into the future.
You can think about it alone, but I think one option is to discuss your career by bumping into various people.

Since I started working remotely, I find conference rooms and offices deserted and empty.
It was about time for the members to come to work, and before they did, we decided to rework the concept for each room.
There are seven available rooms, which is challenging.
While replacing stagnant air, we consider what to add one by one.
The dark walnut-floored room has always had a brown table, bookshelves, a black sewing machine, and a trousseau, so we decided to hang a cat etching with clean lines to go with it.
The new concept is "a café where manufacturing enthusiasts gather.
The green and blue carpet tile room is lined on all sides with tall plants and vines, and a white round table in the middle with a frog figurine wearing a gold crown.
The concept is "a room of the Frog King (see Grimm's Fairy Tales) that teaches us the value of the unseen. Such as.
It may not make sense to create a room concept for every single office reopening.
I just wondered if the surprises and discoveries we made when we opened the room would someday lead to the services we would create.
Because of the difficult social climate, we carry with us a playful spirit that seems to be disappearing.
