With a combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots
We are moving forward with a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of that process with you in this section.

Why do we close our eyes in meditation? In response to the obvious question, "Why do we close our eyes in meditation?
We believe that this is because we are too dependent on what we can see, and we need to rediscover the importance of what we cannot see.
What is the essence? In response to the question "What is the essence?
We believe that the question itself is a guideline for us to change our own reflexive behavior, which is bound by conventional wisdom.
We question the team and find a new way of life in the various opinions.

Each person at Mogic performs a variety of roles.
There is no division of job responsibilities, such as "I am in charge of marketing" or "I am in charge of direction.
What I always say is to "double your productivity" and learn as a person while working on several projects in a "mille-feuille" fashion, doing all tasks at the same time in a day.
When you work on so many things at the same time, sometimes you get a sense that time and space are warped, but it's also fun.

While a company is certainly defined by law, it is a vessel and can be run in any direction.
When I thought about what a company should be like with that kind of freedom, I suddenly remembered what was written in the book "The Philosophy of Guinness," about a company that makes black beer.
A company must be valued by the culture it creates.
Culture means "that which promotes growth" and "the behaviors and ideas inspired by it.
How noble and high-minded a company is does not appear in its commercials, much less in its adopted mascot or slogan.
The most important indicator is the kind of life the people belonging to it are willing to lead.

Since the company's inception, Mogic has worked to ensure that each day is a fulfilling day for everyone involved.
Gallup's book "The Five Elements of Happiness" is a research study on happiness in the world.
The statistical results of a survey conducted in 150 countries over a period of more than 50 years, starting in the 1950s, are one source of reference.
Habits of Happiness."
Roughly speaking, I understand that a spiral of happiness cannot be created unless all five of the following are present: job satisfaction, fulfilling relationships, adequate money, mid- to long-term health, and contribution to the community, and that too much concentration on one element may conversely lead to a spiral of unhappiness.
The idea that the company as an organization is the platform that brings about that balance is worth trying to implement.

I wonder what a dream company or organization would be from the perspective of someone in their 20s.
There are many types of companies that make money, have momentum, and offer self-fulfillment.
If we were to look at the present situation from the latter half of the 21st century, how can we be a coexisting and co-prosperous organization that wishes for the happiness of all involved?
It is difficult to think about future realities, and it is said that it is not easy to do so.
I forget who, but the best management is.
I think that person is now shining at the peak of his or her career and ability."
Some people have defined it as.
I feel that is one great idea.

There is something we tell people when they are deeply involved with Mogic in creating a service.
Basically, it means that we should mutually observe the rules of "keeping promises," "being on time," and "being frank.
Part-time, part-time, internship, outsourcing, and employee contracts are all the same.
We want to make good products, so we move the basic rules in a solid way.
The company has always had its main office in Shakujii, and branch offices can be found all over the world.
Let's pursue the creation of services with sincerity!
