Do not just one type of work, but all types of work at the same time.

Each person at Mogic performs a variety of roles.

There is no division of job responsibilities, such as "I am in charge of marketing" or "I am in charge of direction.

What I always say is to "double your productivity" and learn as a person while working on several projects in a "mille-feuille" fashion, doing all tasks at the same time in a day.

When you work on so many things at the same time, sometimes you get a sense that time and space are warped, but it's also fun.

The Cultural Sphere of the Company

While a company is certainly defined by law, it is a vessel and can be run in any direction.

When I thought about what a company should be like with that kind of freedom, I suddenly remembered what was written in the book "The Philosophy of Guinness," about a company that makes black beer.

A company must be valued by the culture it creates.

Yes, culture.

Culture means "that which promotes growth" and "the behaviors and ideas inspired by it.

How noble and high-minded a company is does not appear in its commercials, much less in its adopted mascot or slogan.

The most important indicator is the kind of life the people belonging to it are willing to lead.

Roughly speaking, I understand that a spiral of happiness cannot be created unless all five of the following are present: job satisfaction, fulfilling relationships, adequate money, mid- to long-term health, and contribution to the community, and that too much concentration on one element may conversely lead to a spiral of unhappiness.

The idea that the company as an organization is the platform that brings about that balance is worth trying to implement.

Company image from a 20-something's point of view

I wonder what a dream company or organization would be from the perspective of someone in their 20s.

There are many types of companies that make money, have momentum, and offer self-fulfillment.

Basic rules of Mogic

There is something we tell people when they are deeply involved with Mogic in creating a service.

Basically, it means that we should mutually observe the rules of "keeping promises," "being on time," and "being frank.

Part-time, part-time, internship, outsourcing, and employee contracts are all the same.

We want to make good products, so we move the basic rules in a solid way.

The company has always had its main office in Shakujii, and branch offices can be found all over the world.
