Mogic considers

With a combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots
We are moving forward with a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of that process with you in this section.

Why accept interns?

Very gratifyingly, Mogic receives more than 150 students a year for internship interviews.

Moreover, the requirements for that internship are not short term like the summer internship, but long and deliberate, and the longest the students currently enrolled in the program have been there for a full four years.

Sometimes people ask me, "Is that an internship? I am also told.

There are several reasons for accepting interns, and it may be inappropriate to say, but we still enjoy sharing our wisdom and discussing it.

The joy of teaching, the joy of being taught, the joy of bringing information that is unknown to each other, and the joy of growing little by little.

There is an unspoken image of work as something that is hard to endure and do exactly as it is supposed to be done.

I don't like that in any way, so I thought I would share that I can work in an atmosphere where that is not the case.
