Bouldering wall under construction.

The vacant room in the basement was originally a theater room, but since no one was using it, we decided to make it available for bouldering.

Bouldering is a sport in which climbers reach out and put their feet on numerous hooks on a high wall, and this is an attempt to do it underground.

Then we decided how to make boulderable walls and hooks, and we decided to do it with D.I.Y., which is our specialty, and asked the woodworking department (our in-house special engineering department) to help us.

As for orders, safety first. This is important, because it would be very difficult if an entire wall were to fall down.

The next important thing is that it should not just be a wall and yay for climbing it, but something that tickles the curiosity of "Hey, how do you climb this, how do you do that?

After several hours of ideation and strength design, it appears that construction will soon begin.

At the same time, the craft room on the 4th floor (where special equipment used by the woodworking department is available for crafting) will be half renovated as a new cutting machine arrives.

Thus, Mogic's office is redecorated at least once every six months.
