Factor in the fragility.

It seems bad when you hear that there are fragile places.

The edge of the railing is rusty and brittle, the moods rise and fall a lot, the tears are brittle, the teamwork is brittle because of disagreements before the game, the mental brittle because of someone's comments.

If it is fragile, the vectors that need to be strengthened, reinforced, and restored naturally come into play.

However, we must not forget that fragility has its advantages.

I read a long time ago in social network theory that there is a role for each of the strong and weak links in human relationships.

Social Networks

For example, a "tight network" is actually less beneficial to its members than one that contains many blank spaces in the network (structural holes) or one that is loosely connected to other actors outside the main network (weak ties). The following are some of the most common examples.

A more open network contains more social voids and weak connections, and may be more open to new ideas and opportunities than a closed network filled with redundant connections.

In other words, it goes like this.

A group of friends who just do something together have already shared the same knowledge and opportunities.

On the other hand, a group of individuals who are involved in other social worlds have access to a wider range of information.

Strong and solid can be said to be fixed and rickety; brittle and fragile can be said to be fluid and changeable.

Therefore, I believe that whether you are running a company or living a life, you should be able to weave in the fragility that we tend to turn a blind eye to.

Calendar Communication

This year, we are handing out Mogic's original calendars in front of our office.

We have already received more than 30 letters of feedback on the survey, which you can get for free by completing it.

There were over 50 copies and they will be gone in two days.

Some excerpts from the free-entry form

I'm always looking at (the display). I like that they have ideas."

It's been on my mind for some time."

What store?"

My 2 year old always looks forward to it. He looks forward to the unique displays each month."

The comments were valuable and not always known.

We will only continue to push forward in the Mogic style.

Office as an Idea Device

When I looked at the Japanese section of the common test, it started with the difficult-looking Masaoka Shiki and Le Corbusier text questions.

Now I can understand some of this because of my peripheral knowledge, but I was worried about myself, wondering if I would have understood this properly when I was in high school.

It is also true that it is refreshing to hear a vague feeling that I had not paid attention to expressed in sensible words, although I try to think so.

The Life Force of Vision
Hiroshi Kashiwagi (Author)

The architect Le Corbusier placed great importance on the "window" as a visual device, so to speak.

He even believed that the composition of the windows was what determined the architecture.

Thus, far more than Shiki's study (hospital room), Le Corbusier realized the diversity of the window as a visual device in the form of design, or representation.

Nevertheless, in that the window is a visual device, it is no different from the glass shoji in Shiki's study (hospital room).

However, Le Corbusier was not as mollified as Shiki's glass shoji screens in that he thought of the dwelling as a thorough visual device, like a camera.

The building that houses Mogic is very unique and is an early work of architect Shigeru Ban, who is known for his paper tube shelters for the earthquake.

From the basement, up four floors to the rooftop, it does not look like an office, nor is it on one floor, nor is it ingeniously wired.

But our minds are at peace in all seasons, in that we have chosen the office as a device for generating thorough ideas.

A company that can do fun things and hope.

The New Year's Day service has been released on New Year's Day for 12 years without tiring.

The original calendar has been distributed at the end of the year for the past seven years.

Thankfully, "I'm a fan, looking forward to it!" and this year we issued a press release so that they can use it nationwide.

I can't imagine what this will look like in the future.

However, not a few people visit our site, and we will continue to rely on their support.

We hope to be a company that, forever and ever, can do something fun and exciting as soon as we think of it.

We look forward to working with you again this year.
