'We can build the company the way we want to.
We will do what we believe in, even if it is different or unusual.
Because what we can believe in is surprisingly rare.
Yes, we have been searching for it in a truly honest, straightforward, and sincere manner.

Teaching and being taught is difficult.
I can't get the message across at all, no matter how much I try.
I don't know what to do after I've been taught.
The ideal person is someone who can naturally lead me to a great place.
Every time I heard a plausible(?) I was pacified every time I heard an opinion, but I wondered what I should really do.
To put it bluntly, since the other person and I are different people, I think it is essentially "impossible to teach/be taught.

If another person imitates it verbatim, there is no guarantee that it will work anywhere.

But that doesn't mean you want to give up on delivering something to someone from a different background.
But, I don't know what to do.
I wonder what is good to be communicated and how it should be.
It was around this time that I came across the sentence of a single scoop.

If anything truly deserves the name of education, it is when one is able to educate oneself.
We are very passive when it comes to education, thinking that someone will take care of us, but it is much more active.
I feel that education is complete when you can develop within yourself the most demanding teacher.
Schools are there to provide a little guidance to help you achieve this.
Ishigaki Rin, a high school elementary school graduate, has written many times that he has always felt inferior in terms of his educational background, or perhaps he does not realize it, but he appears to be a rare person who has been able to educate himself rigorously.
He is a rare person who was able to educate himself strictly.

So, as you have already guessed, there can be all kinds of trouble and bad luck ahead of a huge number of combinations.
And yet, why do you still want to run the company?
If you cannot answer that question, you will probably lose heart at some point.
We wanted to "grab hold of a future we could believe in, even if we had to go that far.
It doesn't matter if you scarfed down a souvenir from Hokkaido in the early afternoon, sliced up the last watermelon of the year, or snacked on Daifuku in the middle of autumn (or something like that yesterday).
If you feel it has meaning and value, go for it.
Even if you are teetering on an endless sea of possibilities, you will soon discover what is important as soon as you ride the wave of "uniqueness".
So it is simple in one sense and easy in another.
