Mogic thinks

We are using a combination of a small number of people + software + servers and robots.
We are promoting a new era of company management.
I hope to share some of the process in this section.

Do not just one job, but all jobs at the same time.

At Mogic, each person plays a different role.

There is no distinction between being in charge of marketing and being in charge of direction.

What I always say is to "double your productivity" and to learn as a person while working on several projects in a "mille-feuille" fashion, doing all tasks simultaneously in a day.

When you're working on so many things at the same time, you sometimes get the feeling that time and space are warped, but that's also fun.

The Culture of the Company

Although a company is defined by law, it is a vessel and can be run in any direction.

When I thought about what kind of existence a company should have in the midst of that kind of freedom, I suddenly remembered what was written in the book "The Guinness Philosophy" by a company that makes black beer.

-----
A company must be evaluated by the culture it creates.

Yes, culture.

Culture is "that which promotes growth" and "the behaviors and ideas inspired by it.

How noble and high-minded a company is does not appear in its commercials, or even in the mascot it adopts or the slogan it adopts.

The most important indicator is what kind of life the people belonging to it are willing to lead.

From the Five Elements of Happiness

Since the establishment of the company, Mogic has been trying to make each day a fulfilling day for everyone involved.

There is a book by Gallup called "The Five Elements of Happiness" which is a research study on happiness in the world.

The statistical results of a survey conducted in 150 countries over a period of more than 50 years starting in the 1950s is one more source of information.

"The Habit of Happiness

Roughly speaking, I understand that a spiral of happiness cannot be created unless all five elements - job satisfaction, fulfilling relationships, adequate money, medium- to long-term health, and contribution to the local community - are in place, and that focusing too much on one element can lead to a spiral of unhappiness.

The idea that the company as an organization is a platform to bring about that balance is worth implementing.

Company image from the perspective of people in their 20s

I wonder what a dream company or organization would look like from the perspective of someone in their twenties.

There are companies that make money, companies that have momentum, and companies that allow for self-realization.

If we were to look at the current situation from the latter half of the 21st century, how can we be an organization that can coexist and prosper, wishing for the happiness of everyone involved?

They say that it is difficult to think about the reality of the future and that it is hard to do so there.

I don't remember who, but the best management is

"The person should be able to see that they are now shining with the best career and abilities they have ever had.

Some people have defined it as

That is one idea that I feel is a great one.

Basic rules of Mogic

There are some things we tell people when they are asked to be deeply involved in creating services for Mogic.

Basically, it means that we should both follow the rules of "keeping promises," "being on time," and "being frank.

There are many types of contracts, including part-time, internship, outsourcing, and employee, but they are all the same.

I want to make something good, so I will keep the basic rules in place.

It is a company that has always had its main office in Shakujii and branch offices all over the world.

Let's pursue service creation with sincerity!
